Daily Telegraph - Saturday 18th February 2006 Dear Sir, The Lake District tourist authority is concerned at the small proportion of ethnic minority visitors it attracts, and is taking action to redress the problem. Should we not be equally concerned about the relatively low number of Rotarians and Women's Institute members who attend the Notting Hill Carnival? Why don't we have a special out-reach campaign to redress this imbalance in our multicultural society?
